Quality Assurance

Roband operates a fully accredited AS 9100 Quality Management System; embracing ISO 9001.

The quality assurance department is autonomous and reports directly to the Managing Director. As standard, all development and manufacturing activities are continuously monitored. 

Quality has been at the heart of our operation from the very beginning. Previous standards:

• AQAP-1 awarded May 1986
• BS5750 part 1 awarded February 1993
• BS EN ISO 9001 awarded February 1995
• BS EN ISO 9001:2000 awarded July 2000
• BS EN 9100 awarded July 2008
• AS 9100 awarded September 2012
• Cyber Essentials awarded August 2023
• Cyber Essentials Plus awarded November 2023
